One conversation, a written scope and price, a build you approve and a launch you can measure.
Step 1, talk it through: a 30-minute Google Meet with Heath Squier about the website, lead flow, store or report you want to fix. You get a straight answer on fit and where EVKII would start.
Step 2, get the scope and price: EVKII writes down the deliverables, who does what, the timeline and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it. Packages have published prices; custom work is quoted.
Step 3, build with your approval: EVKII designs and builds the agreed work, connects it to the tools you already use, and checks it on desktop and mobile. You review copy and key screens before anything goes live.
Step 4, launch and measure: EVKII launches, tests tracking and lead routing, and hands over a written list of what shipped and what it is built to support. EVKII is based in Carlsbad and works with businesses throughout the United States.
What happens on the 30-minute call?
You show Heath the website, lead flow, store or report you want to improve. He asks about goals, timing and budget, then tells you whether EVKII is a fit and where he would start. Google Calendar sends the Meet link.
What does an audit include?
When a project starts with an audit, you get a written look at the current site, your analytics if you grant access, and how inquiries reach you, with a prioritized list of what to fix first. It is not a ranking promise.
How is pricing scoped?
Fixed-scope packages have published prices: Website Launch System $5,000, Lead Gen Sprint $3,500, Creative Growth Sprint $3,500 and Full Growth Launch $9,000. A 50% deposit reserves a package. Custom apps, dashboards and ongoing work are quoted in writing after the call.
How long does a project take?
Packages are planned for two to four weeks after kickoff. Custom work is scheduled in the written scope.
Who approves what ships?
Heath scopes and reviews the plan. You approve copy and material site changes before they go live.
How do you report progress?
We report what shipped and the calls, bookings or orders the work is built to support. We do not invent a visibility score.
Do you work with businesses outside California?
Yes. EVKII is based in Carlsbad, California, and works with businesses throughout the United States over Google Meet.
What remains uncertain?
Results depend on your market, your offer and what is already live. We will not promise rankings, a day count or ad performance we cannot verify.
