The 3-Fix Teardown is a free 15-minute working session run personally by EVKII founder Heath Squier. It is not a long strategy session and not a discovery call with a sales rep: we walk the same route a real buyer takes through your business and name what to fix first.
Five things are reviewed: the ad and its promise, the landing page it points at, how the lead reaches your CRM, what follow-up happens and how quickly, and the booking path a buyer uses to reach a human. Most paid-media problems in local businesses are not the ad — the click is fine and the path behind it leaks.
You receive the first three fixes we would make, in priority order, with the reason for each. Common findings include ad-to-page mismatch, slow lead response, and missing closed-loop attribution between the CRM and reporting. Implementing them with EVKII is optional, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Yes. The teardown is scheduled as a 15-minute session. A longer engagement conversation, if you want one, is booked separately.

What do I actually receive?

No. We name what is broken and what we would change. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and what you implement.
