Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a contact form, the information you provide is sent to info@evkii.com so we can respond to your inquiry.

Appointment Request Information

Appointment requests include the details you submit (services needed, budget, urgency, status, goals) and are routed to info@evkii.com for review.

SMS program (EVKII Call Follow-Up Alerts)

You may enroll in EVKII Call Follow-Up Alerts only by texting START to +1 (760) 388-2589 after reviewing the public disclosure at https://evkii.com/sms-call-follow-up-opt-in.html. When EVKII receives START, Twilio records the mobile number, inbound keyword, timestamp, opt-out status, and message-delivery metadata needed to operate the program. Visiting the page, clicking its text-message button, submitting another EVKII form, or speaking with EVKII does not enroll you.

The program sends recurring scheduling messages and follow-ups specifically requested during or after a call with EVKII. Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

EVKII uses Twilio as its messaging provider. EVKII does not sell mobile information or SMS consent, and does not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Portfolio Uploads / Media Submissions

If you submit creative, media, or other content for portfolio or project review, we treat it confidentially and use it only for the purposes you authorize.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver services, operate SMS programs you opted into, improve our website and offerings, send relevant communications, and comply with legal obligations.
