Most local businesses buy a website from one vendor and marketing from another, then discover neither one owns the number. EVKII bundles the conversion website into a qualifying engagement so the site, the traffic, the tracking, and the follow-up are built by the same operator. The website is not sold or given away on its own.
The system covers the first sixty seconds after a lead arrives: one intake for calls, forms, and Google Business Profile enquiries; an automatic acknowledgement so the caller stops shopping; routing with a named owner; a booking path that removes phone tag; a review request tied to job completion; and a weekly report that shows which source produced the work.
The included website covers up to three core pages (home, offer or service, contact), conversion copywriting from your intake, a mobile-first responsive build, a contact or booking path wired to your inbox, analytics basics, and one revision round. Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid media spend, CRM and messaging subscriptions, third-party apps, product photography, and full brand identity work are not included and are quoted separately.
The website is included with one qualifying module: Website Launch System ($5,000), Lead Gen Sprint ($3,500), Creative Growth Sprint ($3,500), or 90-Day Managed Growth, which is scoped and quoted in writing on the fit call. These are EVKII's published engagement figures — the offer bundles the website, it does not discount the module.

Is the website free on its own?
No. It is included at no additional design or build fee with a qualifying EVKII engagement (Website Launch System, Lead Gen Sprint, Creative Growth Sprint, or a defined 90-day managed growth term). It is not a standalone free build, and the included scope is capped at the published list.
Who owns the website when we're done?
You do. You own the site and the domain. Hosting, domain registration, and business email are billed to you directly by those providers and are not marked up by EVKII.
Is software and ad spend included?
No. Media spend, CRM and messaging platform subscriptions, premium apps, and third-party licenses are billed to you by those vendors at their own rates. We configure what you already own where possible.
How does implementation run?
Intake first, then build, then a launch QA pass before go-live. Timelines start when intake is complete and assume timely content and one approval contact. Included scope covers one revision round.
When do I pay, and can I cancel?
A 50% deposit reserves the build and is 100% refundable any time before the kickoff call; after kickoff the engagement follows the Services Agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Do you work outside Orange County and San Diego County?
This offer is built for Orange County and San Diego County, because that is where we meet clients in person. You can still submit the form from outside that area — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you before anything is scoped.
